Our full-service planning package is the perfect fit for the busy couple with style. We work together hand in hand to plan all logistical elements of your special day and pair it with your design features for your events. No detail goes un-noticed and we will make sure to always keep you on track for what personal details you should be working on at any given time.

We are here to help you organize and plan all aspects and coordinate amongst all vendors. The Full Service Planning package includes all vendor sourcing and coordination from finding and selecting a venue, securing a catering team and florist, all the way down to booking your hotel blocks and getaway car. With this planning package, you will have access to our online planning portal to keep you on track for completing your wedding tasks, while also having constant contact with Bari and assistance on all things logistics.

Throughout this process you will gain more than just a planner, you will gain a friend to give you honest advice on your wedding decisions, a foot inside the door to the industries top vendors, and a calm and stress-free wedding planning experience.

01. full service planning

For the busy couple with style.

Planning a wedding is many things, but above all else, it should be fun! With our Partial Planning package, you get to enjoy being a part of your wedding plans, while focusing on booking and managing your personal vendors - think photographer and videographer, officiant, hair and makeup artist, hotel blocks, and stationery. That leaves all of the logistics to us! With the Partial Planning package, we manage all of your more logistically detailed vendors such as venue, catering & bar, rentals and linens, floral, DJ and/or band and other misc. vendors like lighting, staffing agencies, and restroom rentals.

When we work together on your wedding, you get to play an active role in decision making, while leaving the stressful details to us! We'll work together off of a curated vendor list that BE Events puts together, full of top industry professionals who meet your wedding needs, aesthetic and style, and above all else, your budget.

02. partial planning

Partner with me in the planning process.

Here at Bari Elexa Events, we will work closely together with you to curate every detail of your wedding day, from the big picture aesthetic, all the way down to what the place setting looks like, what kind of napkin fold we use, the color palette and style of the flowers, and how it all ties together. It's one of our absolute favorite parts of the planning process!

We will go through an extensive design process where each and every detail is specifically designed for your wedding, with new and never been done before ideas. We are here to help create your dream day, and make the imaginary concepts a reality. Each wedding and event is uniquely designed to be a reflection of our couples, and bring your vision to life.

When we work on design, we focus on all of the details while still making your wedding feel natural and effortless. We combine fresh and unique concepts with classic elements. Together, we will design a wedding that fits within your budget and is everything you had ever dreamed of and more.

BE Events offers design services as a part of the Full Service Planning package. We feel it's an invaluable experience for couples and truly helps curate every aspect of the entire day.

02. Design

Making every detail count.

It’s here! Your wedding day has finally arrived! While you two relax, get pampered, and spend time with your closest family and friends, we’ll be behind the scenes bringing the magic to life. Get ready to experience your dream day with all of your loved ones in attendance! The BE Events team is the first to arrive, and the last to leave - overseeing all vendor arrival + setup, running the entire flow of your wedding, and managing all vendor tear down and cleanup. Today will be a dream come true for you, and we cannot wait to make it happen!

6. Let’s get you two Married!

And just like that, we’re off to plan! After our kickoff meeting, we’ll begin working through the details together. Reaching out to vendors, requesting proposals, having group calls and meetings, then finalizing contracts! From there, we begin solidifying the logistics, setting the design, selecting rentals + linens, and heading out on fun appointments. Venue walkthroughs, catering tastings, rental showroom visits, floral mockups and so much more!

4. Let the planning begin!

Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll get everything signed, sealed & delivered! We’ll work through logistics of any additional wedding weekend events you want us involved in - think rehearsal dinner, post-wedding brunch, or engagement parties - and sort out all of those details in your contract. Then, the fun begins!

2. Sealing the deal!

In the weeks leading up to your wedding, we’ll finalize your floorplan and seating chart, tidy up the timeline, and re-confirm all of the elements with all of your vendors. No detail goes unnoticed, and everything is triple checked before the big day! We begin to organize all of your decorative elements, prep all final paperwork, and most importantly, celebrate you two!

5. Final details!

Our first meeting will be a big kickoff meeting where we review all of your contracts and vendors whom you’ve already booked! We work through some high level details like your initial timeline, flow of event, and special traditions to incorporate. Then we’ll introduce you to your custom online planning portal that will give you access to your personal wedding checklist, timeline, guest list + seating chart, vendor contact information, budget tracker, and notes + templates. We then discuss all vendors whom you haven’t booked yet, and review some inspiration to get started.

3. Kickoff meeting!

Congratulations! You’re engaged! Now that you’re officially a fiancé, it’s time for us to chat! We’ll do a free consultation call, talk through all of your dream wedding ideas and your vision, review what you already have booked, or what you want to book, and any other details! I’ll give you some background on myself and BE Events, and then we’ll walk through the planning experience and how we would work together!
